5:1 聞け、祭司たちよ。心して聞け、イスラエルの家よ。耳を傾けよ、王の家よ。お前たちに裁きが下る。お前たちはミツパで罠となり／タボルの山で仕掛けられた網となり 5:2 シッテムでは深く掘った穴となった。わたしはお前たちを皆、懲らしめる。 5:3 わたしはエフライムを知り尽くしている。イスラエルがわたしから隠れることはできない。まことに、エフライムは淫行にふけり／イスラエルは身を汚している。 5:4 彼らは悪行のゆえに、神に帰ることができない。淫行の霊が彼らの中にあり／主を知りえないからだ。 5:5 イスラエルを罪に落とすのは自らの高慢だ。イスラエルとエフライムは／不義によってつまずき／ユダも共につまずく。 5:6 彼らは羊と牛を携えて主を尋ね求めるが／見いだすことはできない。主は彼らを離れ去られた。 5:7 彼らは主を裏切り／異国人の子らを産んだ。それゆえ、新月の祭りが／彼らをも、その所有をも食い尽くす。
5:8 ギブアで角笛を／ラマでラッパを吹き鳴らせ。ベト・アベンで鬨の声をあげよ。ベニヤミンよ、背後を警戒せよ。 5:9 懲らしめの日が来れば／エフライムは廃虚と化す。確かに起こることを／わたしはイスラエルの諸部族に教えた。 5:10 ユダの将軍たちは国境を移す者となった。わたしは彼らに、水のように憤りを注ぐ。 5:11 エフライムは蹂躙され／裁きによって踏み砕かれる。むなしいものを追い続けているからだ。 5:12 わたしはエフライムに対して食い尽くす虫となり／ユダの家には、骨の腐れとなる。 5:13 エフライムが自分の病を見／ユダが自分のただれを見たとき／エフライムはアッシリアに行き／ユダは大王に使者を送った。しかし、彼はお前たちをいやしえず／ただれを取り去ることもできない。 5:14 わたしはエフライムに対して獅子となり／ユダの家には、若獅子となる。わたしは引き裂いて過ぎ行き／さらって行くが、救い出す者はいない。 5:15 わたしは立ち去り、自分の場所に戻っていよう。彼らが罪を認めて、わたしを尋ね求め／苦しみの中で、わたしを捜し求めるまで。
6:1 「さあ、我々は主のもとに帰ろう。主は我々を引き裂かれたが、いやし／我々を打たれたが、傷を包んでくださる。 6:2 二日の後、主は我々を生かし／三日目に、立ち上がらせてくださる。我々は御前に生きる。 6:3 我々は主を知ろう。主を知ることを追い求めよう。主は曙の光のように必ず現れ／降り注ぐ雨のように／大地を潤す春雨のように／我々を訪れてくださる。」 6:4 エフライムよ／わたしはお前をどうしたらよいのか。ユダよ、お前をどうしたらよいのか。お前たちの愛は朝の霧／すぐに消えうせる露のようだ。 6:5 それゆえ、わたしは彼らを／預言者たちによって切り倒し／わたしの口の言葉をもって滅ぼす。わたしの行う裁きは光のように現れる。 6:6 わたしが喜ぶのは／愛であっていけにえではなく／神を知ることであって／焼き尽くす献げ物ではない。
6:7 彼らはアダムで契約を破り／そこでわたしを裏切った。 6:8 ギレアドは悪を行う者どもの住みか／流血の罪を犯した者の足跡がしるされている。 6:9 祭司の一団は待ち伏せる強盗のように／シケムへの道で人を殺す。なんという悪事を彼らは行うことか。 6:10 イスラエルの家に、恐るべきことをわたしは見た。そこでエフライムは姦淫をし／イスラエルは自分を汚した。 6:11 ユダよ、お前にも／刈り取られる時が定められている。／わたしが民を回復させようとし
5:1 "Hear this, O priests!Take heed, O house of Israel!Give ear, O house of the king!For yours is the judgment,Because you have been a snare to MizpahAnd a net spread on Tabor. 5:2 The revolters are deeply involved in slaughter,Though I rebuke them all. 5:3 I know Ephraim,And Israel is not hidden from Me;For now, O Ephraim, you commit harlotry;Israel is defiled. 5:4 "They do not direct their deedsToward turning to their God,For the spirit of harlotry is in their midst,And they do not know the Lord. 5:5 The pride of Israel testifies to his face;Therefore Israel and Ephraim stumble in their iniquity;Judah also stumbles with them. 5:6 "With their flocks and herdsThey shall go to seek the Lord,But they will not find Him;He has withdrawn Himself from them. 5:7 They have dealt treacherously with the Lord,For they have begotten pagan children.Now a New Moon shall devour them and their heritage. 5:8 "Blow the ram's horn in Gibeah,The trumpet in Ramah!Cry aloud at Beth Aven,'Look behind you, O Benjamin!' 5:9 Ephraim shall be desolate in the day of rebuke;Among the tribes of Israel I make known what is sure. 5:10 "The princes of Judah are like those who remove a landmark;I will pour out my wrath on them like water. 5:11 Ephraim is oppressed and broken in judgment,Because he willingly walked by human precept. 5:12 Therefore I will be to Ephraim like a moth,And to the house of Judah like rottenness. 5:13 "When Ephraim saw his sickness,And Judah saw his wound,Then Ephraim went to AssyriaAnd sent to King Jareb;Yet he cannot cure you,Nor heal you of your wound. 5:14 For I will be like a lion to Ephraim,And like a young lion to the house of Judah.I, even I, will tear them and go away;I will take them away, and no one shall rescue. 5:15 I will return again to My placeTill they acknowledge their offense.Then they will seek My face;In their affliction they will earnestly seek Me."
6:1 Come, and let us return to the Lord;For He has torn, but He will heal us;He has stricken, but He will bind us up. 6:2 After two days He will revive us;On the third day He will raise us up,That we may live in His sight. 6:3 Let us know,Let us pursue the knowledge of the Lord.His going forth is established as the morning;He will come to us like the rain,Like the latter and former rain to the earth. 6:4 "O Ephraim, what shall I do to you?O Judah, what shall I do to you?For your faithfulness is like a morning cloud,And like the early dew it goes away. 6:5 Therefore I have hewn them by the prophets,I have slain them by the words of My mouth;And your judgments are like light that goes forth. 6:6 For I desire mercy and not sacrifice,And the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings. 6:7 "But like men they transgressed the covenant;There they dealt treacherously with Me. 6:8 Gilead is a city of evildoers,And defiled with blood. 6:9 As bands of robbers lie in wait for a man,So the company of priests murder on the way to Shechem;Surely they commit lewdness. 6:10 I have seen a horrible thing in the house of Israel:There is the harlotry of Ephraim;Israel is defiled. 6:11 Also, O Judah, a harvest is appointed for you,When I return the captives of My people.
1:1 初めからあったもの、わたしたちが聞いたもの、目で見たもの、よく見て、手で触れたものを伝えます。すなわち、命の言について。―― 1:2 この命は現れました。御父と共にあったが、わたしたちに現れたこの永遠の命を、わたしたちは見て、あなたがたに証しし、伝えるのです。―― 1:3 わたしたちが見、また聞いたことを、あなたがたにも伝えるのは、あなたがたもわたしたちとの交わりを持つようになるためです。わたしたちの交わりは、御父と御子イエス・キリストとの交わりです。 1:4 わたしたちがこれらのことを書くのは、わたしたちの喜びが満ちあふれるようになるためです。
1:1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life- 1:2 the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us- 1:3 that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ. 1:4 And these things we write to you that your joy may be full.
