7:1 イスラエルをいやそうとしても／かえって、エフライムの不義／サマリアの悪が現れる。実に、彼らは偽りをたくらむ。盗人は家に忍び込み／外では追いはぎの群れが人を襲う。 7:2 わたしは彼らの悪事をすべて心に留めている。しかし、彼らは少しも意に介さない。今や、彼らは悪に取り囲まれ／その有様はわたしの目の前にある。 7:3 彼らは悪事によって王を／欺きによって高官たちを喜ばせる。 7:4 彼らは皆、姦淫を行う者／燃えるかまどのようだ。パンを焼く者は小麦粉をこねると／膨むまで、火をかき立てずにじっと待つ。 7:5 我々の王の祝いの日に／高官たちはぶどう酒の熱で無力になり／王は陰謀を働く者たちと手を結び 7:6 燃えるかまどのようなたくらみに心を近づける。夜の間眠っていた彼らの怒りは／朝になると燃え盛る火のように炎を噴く。 7:7 彼らは皆、かまどのように熱くなり／自分たちを支配する者を焼き尽くした。王たちはことごとく倒れ／ひとりとして、わたしを呼ぶ者はなかった。
7:8 エフライムは諸国民の中に交ぜ合わされ／エフライムは裏返さずに焼かれた菓子となった。 7:9 他国の人々が彼の力を食い尽くしても／彼はそれに気づかない。白髪が多くなっても／彼はそれに気づかない。 7:10 イスラエルを罪に落とすのは自らの高慢である。彼らは神なる主に帰らず／これらすべてのことがあっても／主を尋ね求めようとしない。 7:11 エフライムは鳩のようだ。愚かで、悟りがない。エジプトに助けを求め／あるいは、アッシリアに頼って行く。 7:12 彼らが出て行こうとするとき／わたしはその上に網を張り／網にかかった音を聞くと／空の鳥のように、引き落として捕らえる。 7:13 なんと災いなことか。彼らはわたしから離れ去った。わたしに背いたから、彼らは滅びる。どんなに彼らを救おうとしても／彼らはわたしに偽って語る。 7:14 彼らは心からわたしの助けを求めようとはしない。寝床の上で泣き叫び／穀物と新しい酒を求めて身を傷つけるが／わたしには背を向けている。 7:15 わたしは、彼らを教えてその腕を強くしたが／彼らはわたしに対して悪事をたくらんだ。 7:16 彼らは戻ってきたが／ねじれた弓のようにむなしいものに向かった。高官たちは自分で吐いた呪いのために／剣にかかって倒れ／エジプトの地で、物笑いの種となる。
7:1 "When I would have healed Israel,Then the iniquity of Ephraim was uncovered,And the wickedness of Samaria.For they have committed fraud;A thief comes in;A band of robbers takes spoil outside. 7:2 They do not consider in their heartsThat I remember all their wickedness;Now their own deeds have surrounded them;They are before My face. 7:3 They make a king glad with their wickedness,And princes with their lies. 7:4 "They are all adulterers.Like an oven heated by a baker-He ceases stirring the fire after kneading the dough,Until it is leavened. 7:5 In the day of our kingPrinces have made him sick, inflamed with wine;He stretched out his hand with scoffers. 7:6 They prepare their heart like an oven,While they lie in wait;Their baker sleeps all night;In the morning it burns like a flaming fire. 7:7 They are all hot, like an oven,And have devoured their judges;All their kings have fallen.None among them calls upon Me. 7:8 "Ephraim has mixed himself among the peoples;Ephraim is a cake unturned. 7:9 Aliens have devoured his strength,But he does not know it;Yes, gray hairs are here and there on him,Yet he does not know it. 7:10 And the pride of Israel testifies to his face,But they do not return to the Lord their God,Nor seek Him for all this. 7:11 "Ephraim also is like a silly dove, without sense-They call to Egypt,They go to Assyria. 7:12 Wherever they go, I will spread My net on them;I will bring them down like birds of the air;I will chastise themAccording to what their congregation has heard. 7:13 "Woe to them, for they have fled from Me!Destruction to them,Because they have transgressed against Me!Though I redeemed them,Yet they have spoken lies against Me. 7:14 They did not cry out to Me with their heartWhen they wailed upon their beds."They assemble together for grain and new wine,They rebel against Me; 7:15 Though I disciplined and strengthened their arms,Yet they devise evil against Me; 7:16 They return, but not to the Most High;They are like a treacherous bow.Their princes shall fall by the swordFor the cursings of their tongue.This shall be their derision in the land of Egypt.
1:5 わたしたちがイエスから既に聞いていて、あなたがたに伝える知らせとは、神は光であり、神には闇が全くないということです。 1:6 わたしたちが、神との交わりを持っていると言いながら、闇の中を歩むなら、それはうそをついているのであり、真理を行ってはいません。 1:7 しかし、神が光の中におられるように、わたしたちが光の中を歩むなら、互いに交わりを持ち、御子イエスの血によってあらゆる罪から清められます。 1:8 自分に罪がないと言うなら、自らを欺いており、真理はわたしたちの内にありません。 1:9 自分の罪を公に言い表すなら、神は真実で正しい方ですから、罪を赦し、あらゆる不義からわたしたちを清めてくださいます。 1:10 罪を犯したことがないと言うなら、それは神を偽り者とすることであり、神の言葉はわたしたちの内にありません
。1:5 This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. 1:6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. 1:7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. 1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1:10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.
