6:1 聞け、主の言われることを。立って、告発せよ、山々の前で。峰々にお前の声を聞かせよ。 6:2 聞け、山々よ、主の告発を。とこしえの地の基よ。主は御自分の民を告発し／イスラエルと争われる。 6:3 「わが民よ。わたしはお前に何をしたというのか。何をもってお前を疲れさせたのか。わたしに答えよ。 6:4 わたしはお前をエジプトの国から導き上り／奴隷の家から贖った。また、モーセとアロンとミリアムを／お前の前に遣わした。 6:5 わが民よ、思い起こすがよい。モアブの王バラクが何をたくらみ／ベオルの子バラムがそれに何と答えたかを。シティムからギルガルまでのことを思い起こし／主の恵みの御業をわきまえるがよい。」 6:6 何をもって、わたしは主の御前に出で／いと高き神にぬかずくべきか。焼き尽くす献げ物として／当歳の子牛をもって御前に出るべきか。 6:7 主は喜ばれるだろうか／幾千の雄羊、幾万の油の流れを。わが咎を償うために長子を／自分の罪のために胎の実をささげるべきか。 6:8 人よ、何が善であり／主が何をお前に求めておられるかは／お前に告げられている。正義を行い、慈しみを愛し／へりくだって神と共に歩むこと、これである。 6:9 主の御声は都に向かって呼ばわる。御名を畏れ敬うことこそ賢明である。聞け、ユダの部族とその集会よ。 6:10 まだ、わたしは忍ばねばならないのか／神に逆らう者の家、不正に蓄えた富／呪われた、容量の足りない升を。 6:11 わたしは認めえようか／不正な天秤、偽りの重り石の袋を。 6:12 都の金持ちは不法で満ち、住民は偽りを語る。彼らの口には欺く舌がある。 6:13 わたしも、お前を撃って病気にかからせ／罪のゆえに滅ぼす。 6:14 お前は食べても飽くことなく、空腹が取りつく。持ち物を運び出しても、それを救いえず／救い出しても、わたしはそれを剣に渡す。 6:15 お前は種を蒔いても、刈り入れることなく／オリーブの実を踏んでも／その油を身に塗ることはない。新しいぶどうを搾っても／その酒を飲むことはない。 6:16 お前はオムリの定めたこと／アハブの家のすべてのならわしを保ち／そのたくらみに従って歩んだ。そのため、わたしはお前を荒れるにまかせ／都の住民を嘲りの的とした。お前たちはわが民の恥を負わねばならぬ。
6:1 Hear now what the Lord says:"Arise, plead your case before the mountains,And let the hills hear your voice. 6:2 Hear, O you mountains, the Lord's complaint,And you strong foundations of the earth;For the Lord has a complaint against His people,And He will contend with Israel. 6:3 "O My people, what have I done to you?And how have I wearied you?Testify against Me. 6:4 For I brought you up from the land of Egypt,I redeemed you from the house of bondage;And I sent before you Moses, Aaron, and Miriam. 6:5 O My people, remember nowWhat Balak king of Moab counseled,And what Balaam the son of Beor answered him,From Acacia Grove to Gilgal,That you may know the righteousness of the Lord." 6:6 With what shall I come before the Lord,And bow myself before the High God?Shall I come before Him with burnt offerings,With calves a year old? 6:7 Will the Lord be pleased with thousands of rams,Ten thousand rivers of oil?Shall I give my firstborn for my transgression,The fruit of my body for the sin of my soul? 6:8 He has shown you, O man, what is good;And what does the Lord require of youBut to do justly,To love mercy,And to walk humbly with your God? 6:9 The Lord's voice cries to the city-Wisdom shall see Your name:"Hear the Rod!Who has appointed it? 6:10 Are there yet the treasures of wickednessIn the house of the wicked,And the short measure that is an abomination? 6:11 Shall I count pure those with the wicked scales,And with the bag of deceitful weights? 6:12 For her rich men are full of violence,Her inhabitants have spoken lies,And their tongue is deceitful in their mouth. 6:13 "Therefore I will also make you sick by striking you,By making you desolate because of your sins. 6:14 You shall eat, but not be satisfied;Hunger shall be in your midst.You may carry some away, but shall not save them;And what you do rescue I will give over to the sword. 6:15 "You shall sow, but not reap;You shall tread the olives, but not anoint yourselves with oil;And make sweet wine, but not drink wine. 6:16 For the statutes of Omri are kept;All the works of Ahab's house are done;And you walk in their counsels,That I may make you a desolation,And your inhabitants a hissing.Therefore you shall bear the reproach of My people."
7:1 この後、わたしは大地の四隅に四人の天使が立っているのを見た。彼らは、大地の四隅から吹く風をしっかり押さえて、大地にも海にも、どんな木にも吹きつけないようにしていた。 7:2 わたしはまた、もう一人の天使が生ける神の刻印を持って、太陽の出る方角から上って来るのを見た。この天使は、大地と海とを損なうことを許されている四人の天使に、大声で呼びかけて、 7:3 こう言った。「我々が、神の僕たちの額に刻印を押してしまうまでは、大地も海も木も損なってはならない。」 7:4 わたしは、刻印を押された人々の数を聞いた。それは十四万四千人で、イスラエルの子らの全部族の中から、刻印を押されていた。 7:5 ユダ族の中から一万二千人が刻印を押され、／ルベン族の中から一万二千人、／ガド族の中から一万二千人、 7:6 アシェル族の中から一万二千人、／ナフタリ族の中から一万二千人、／マナセ族の中から一万二千人、 7:7 シメオン族の中から一万二千人、／レビ族の中から一万二千人、／イサカル族の中から一万二千人、 7:8 ゼブルン族の中から一万二千人、／ヨセフ族の中から一万二千人、／ベニヤミン族の中から一万二千人が／刻印を押された。
7:9 この後、わたしが見ていると、見よ、あらゆる国民、種族、民族、言葉の違う民の中から集まった、だれにも数えきれないほどの大群衆が、白い衣を身に着け、手になつめやしの枝を持ち、玉座の前と小羊の前に立って、 7:10 大声でこう叫んだ。「救いは、玉座に座っておられるわたしたちの神と、／小羊とのものである。」 7:11 また、天使たちは皆、玉座、長老たち、そして四つの生き物を囲んで立っていたが、玉座の前にひれ伏し、神を礼拝して、 7:12 こう言った。「アーメン。賛美、栄光、知恵、感謝、／誉れ、力、威力が、／世々限りなくわたしたちの神にありますように、／アーメン。」
7:1 After these things I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, on the sea, or on any tree. 7:2 Then I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God. And he cried with a loud voice to the four angels to whom it was granted to harm the earth and the sea, 7:3 saying, "Do not harm the earth, the sea, or the trees till we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads." 7:4 And I heard the number of those who were sealed. One hundred and forty-four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel were sealed: 7:5 of the tribe of Judah twelve thousand were sealed;of the tribe of Reuben twelve thousand were sealed;of the tribe of Gad twelve thousand were sealed; 7:6 of the tribe of Asher twelve thousand were sealed;of the tribe of Naphtali twelve thousand were sealed;of the tribe of Manasseh twelve thousand were sealed; 7:7 of the tribe of Simeon twelve thousand were sealed;of the tribe of Levi twelve thousand were sealed;of the tribe of Issachar twelve thousand were sealed; 7:8 of the tribe of Zebulun twelve thousand were sealed;of the tribe of Joseph twelve thousand were sealed;of the tribe of Benjamin twelve thousand were sealed. 7:9 After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, 7:10 and crying out with a loud voice, saying, "Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!" 7:11 All the angels stood around the throne and the elders and the four living creatures, and fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, 7:12 saying:"Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom,Thanksgiving and honor and power and might,Be to our God forever and ever.Amen."
