52:1 奮い立て、奮い立て／力をまとえ、シオンよ。輝く衣をまとえ、聖なる都、エルサレムよ。無割礼の汚れた者が／あなたの中に攻め込むことは再び起こらない。 52:2 立ち上がって塵を払え、捕らわれのエルサレム。首の縄目を解け、捕らわれの娘シオンよ。 52:3 主はこう言われる。「ただ同然で売られたあなたたちは／銀によらずに買い戻される」と。 52:4 主なる神はこう言われる。初め、わたしの民はエジプトに下り、そこに宿った。また、アッシリア人は故なくこの民を搾取した。 52:5 そして今、ここで起こっていることは何か、と主は言われる。わたしの民はただ同然で奪い去られ、支配者たちはわめき、わたしの名は常に、そして絶え間なく侮られている、と主は言われる。 52:6 それゆえ、わたしの民はわたしの名を知るであろう。それゆえその日には、わたしが神であることを、「見よ、ここにいる」と言う者であることを知るようになる。 52:7 いかに美しいことか／山々を行き巡り、良い知らせを伝える者の足は。彼は平和を告げ、恵みの良い知らせを伝え／救いを告げ／あなたの神は王となられた、と／シオンに向かって呼ばわる。 52:8 その声に、あなたの見張りは声をあげ／皆共に、喜び歌う。彼らは目の当たりに見る／主がシオンに帰られるのを。 52:9 歓声をあげ、共に喜び歌え、エルサレムの廃虚よ。主はその民を慰め、エルサレムを贖われた。 52:10 主は聖なる御腕の力を／国々の民の目にあらわにされた。地の果てまで、すべての人が／わたしたちの神の救いを仰ぐ。 52:11 立ち去れ、立ち去れ、そこを出よ／汚れたものに触れるな。その中から出て、身を清めよ／主の祭具を担う者よ。 52:12 しかし、急いで出る必要はない／逃げ去ることもない。あなたたちの先を進むのは主であり／しんがりを守るのもイスラエルの神だから。
52:13 見よ、わたしの僕は栄える。はるかに高く上げられ、あがめられる。 52:14 かつて多くの人をおののかせたあなたの姿のように／彼の姿は損なわれ、人とは見えず／もはや人の子の面影はない。 52:15 それほどに、彼は多くの民を驚かせる。彼を見て、王たちも口を閉ざす。だれも物語らなかったことを見／一度も聞かされなかったことを悟ったからだ。
52:1 Awake, awake!Put on your strength, O Zion;Put on your beautiful garments,O Jerusalem, the holy city!For the uncircumcised and the uncleanShall no longer come to you. 52:2 Shake yourself from the dust, arise;Sit down, O Jerusalem!Loose yourself from the bonds of your neck,O captive daughter of Zion! 52:3 For thus says the Lord:"You have sold yourselves for nothing,And you shall be redeemed without money." 52:4 For thus says the Lord God:"My people went down at firstInto Egypt to dwell there;Then the Assyrian oppressed them without cause. 52:5 Now therefore, what have I here," says the Lord,"That My people are taken away for nothing?Those who rule over themMake them wail," says the Lord,"And My name is blasphemed continually every day. 52:6 Therefore My people shall know My name;Therefore they shall know in that dayThat I am He who speaks:'Behold, it is I.' " 52:7 How beautiful upon the mountainsAre the feet of him who brings good news,Who proclaims peace,Who brings glad tidings of good things,Who proclaims salvation,Who says to Zion,"Your God reigns!" 52:8 Your watchmen shall lift up their voices,With their voices they shall sing together;For they shall see eye to eyeWhen the Lord brings back Zion. 52:9 Break forth into joy, sing together,You waste places of Jerusalem!For the Lord has comforted His people,He has redeemed Jerusalem. 52:10 The Lord has made bare His holy armIn the eyes of all the nations;And all the ends of the earth shall seeThe salvation of our God. 52:11 Depart! Depart! Go out from there,Touch no unclean thing;Go out from the midst of her,Be clean,You who bear the vessels of the Lord. 52:12 For you shall not go out with haste,Nor go by flight;For the Lord will go before you,And the God of Israel will be your rear guard. 52:13 Behold, My Servant shall deal prudently;He shall be exalted and extolled and be very high. 52:14 Just as many were astonished at you,So His visage was marred more than any man,And His form more than the sons of men; 52:15 So shall He sprinkle many nations.Kings shall shut their mouths at Him;For what had not been told them they shall see,And what they had not heard they shall consider.
4:1 そこで、主に結ばれて囚人となっているわたしはあなたがたに勧めます。神から招かれたのですから、その招きにふさわしく歩み、 4:2 一切高ぶることなく、柔和で、寛容の心を持ちなさい。愛をもって互いに忍耐し、 4:3 平和のきずなで結ばれて、霊による一致を保つように努めなさい。 4:4 体は一つ、霊は一つです。それは、あなたがたが、一つの希望にあずかるようにと招かれているのと同じです。 4:5 主は一人、信仰は一つ、洗礼は一つ、 4:6 すべてのものの父である神は唯一であって、すべてのものの上にあり、すべてのものを通して働き、すべてのものの内におられます。 4:7 しかし、わたしたち一人一人に、キリストの賜物のはかりに従って、恵みが与えられています。 4:8 そこで、／「高い所に昇るとき、捕らわれ人を連れて行き、／人々に賜物を分け与えられた」と言われています。 4:9 「昇った」というのですから、低い所、地上に降りておられたのではないでしょうか。 4:10 この降りて来られた方が、すべてのものを満たすために、もろもろの天よりも更に高く昇られたのです。 4:11 そして、ある人を使徒、ある人を預言者、ある人を福音宣教者、ある人を牧者、教師とされたのです。 4:12 こうして、聖なる者たちは奉仕の業に適した者とされ、キリストの体を造り上げてゆき、 4:13 ついには、わたしたちは皆、神の子に対する信仰と知識において一つのものとなり、成熟した人間になり、キリストの満ちあふれる豊かさになるまで成長するのです。 4:14 こうして、わたしたちは、もはや未熟な者ではなくなり、人々を誤りに導こうとする悪賢い人間の、風のように変わりやすい教えに、もてあそばれたり、引き回されたりすることなく、 4:15 むしろ、愛に根ざして真理を語り、あらゆる面で、頭であるキリストに向かって成長していきます。 4:16 キリストにより、体全体は、あらゆる節々が補い合うことによってしっかり組み合わされ、結び合わされて、おのおのの部分は分に応じて働いて体を成長させ、自ら愛によって造り上げられてゆくのです。
4:1 I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, 4:2 with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, 4:3 endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4:4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; 4:5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 4:6 one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. 4:7 But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ's gift. 4:8 Therefore He says:"When He ascended on high,He led captivity captive,And gave gifts to men." 4:9 (Now this, "He ascended"-what does it mean but that He also first descended into the lower parts of the earth? 4:10 He who descended is also the One who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things.) 4:11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 4:12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, 4:13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; 4:14 that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, 4:15 but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head-Christ- 4:16 from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.
