12:1 正しいのは、主よ、あなたです。それでも、わたしはあなたと争い／裁きについて論じたい。なぜ、神に逆らう者の道は栄え／欺く者は皆、安穏に過ごしているのですか。 12:2 あなたが彼らを植えられたので／彼らは根を張り／育って実を結んでいます。口先ではあなたに近く／腹ではあなたから遠いのです。 12:3 主よ、あなたはわたしをご存じです。わたしを見て、あなたに対するわたしの心を／究められたはずです。彼らを屠られる羊として引き出し／殺戮の日のために取り分けてください。 12:4 いつまで、この地は乾き／野の青草もすべて枯れたままなのか。そこに住む者らの悪が／鳥や獣を絶やしてしまった。まことに、彼らは言う。「神は我々の行く末を見てはおられない」と。 12:5 あなたが徒歩で行く者と競っても疲れるなら／どうして馬で行く者と争えようか。平穏な地でだけ、安んじていられるのなら／ヨルダンの森林ではどうするのか。 12:6 あなたの兄弟や父の家の人々／彼らでさえあなたを欺き／彼らでさえあなたの背後で徒党を組んでいる。彼らを信じるな／彼らが好意を示して話しかけても。
12:7 わたしはわたしの家を捨て／わたしの嗣業を見放し／わたしの愛するものを敵の手に渡した。 12:8 わたしの嗣業はわたしに対して／森の中の獅子となり／わたしに向かってうなり声をあげる。わたしはそれを憎む。 12:9 わたしの嗣業はわたしにとって／猛禽がその上を舞っている／ハイエナのねぐらなのだろうか。野の獣よ、集まって餌を襲え。 12:10 多くの牧者がわたしのぶどう畑を滅ぼし／わたしの所有地を踏みにじった。わたしの喜びとする所有地を／打ち捨てられた荒れ野とし 12:11 それを打ち捨てられて嘆く地とした。それは打ち捨てられてわたしの前にある。大地はすべて打ち捨てられ／心にかける者もない。 12:12 荒れ野の裸の山に略奪する者が来る。主の剣はむさぼる／地の果てから果てまで。すべて肉なる者に平和はない。 12:13 麦を蒔いても、刈り取るのは茨でしかない。力を使い果たしても、効果はない。彼らは収穫がなくてうろたえる／主の怒りと憤りのゆえに。 12:14 主はこう言われる。「わたしが、わたしの民イスラエルに継がせた嗣業に手を触れる近隣の悪い民をすべて、彼らの地から抜き捨てる。また、ユダの家を彼らの間から抜き取る。 12:15 わたしは彼らを抜き取った後、再び彼らを憐れみ、そのひとりひとりをその嗣業に、その土地に帰らせる。 12:16 もしこれらの民が、かつてバアルによって誓うことをわたしの民に教えたように、わが名によって、『主は生きておられる』と誓うことを確かに学ぶならば、彼らはわたしの民の間に建てられる。 12:17 もし彼らが従わなければ、わたしはその民を必ず抜き捨てて、滅ぼす」と主は言われる。
12:1 Righteous are You, O Lord, when I plead with You;Yet let me talk with You about Your judgments.Why does the way of the wicked prosper?Why are those happy who deal so treacherously? 12:2 You have planted them, yes, they have taken root;They grow, yes, they bear fruit.You are near in their mouthBut far from their mind. 12:3 But You, O Lord, know me;You have seen me,And You have tested my heart toward You.Pull them out like sheep for the slaughter,And prepare them for the day of slaughter. 12:4 How long will the land mourn,And the herbs of every field wither?The beasts and birds are consumed,For the wickedness of those who dwell there,Because they said, "He will not see our final end." 12:5 "If you have run with the footmen, and they have wearied you,Then how can you contend with horses?And if in the land of peace,In which you trusted, they wearied you,Then how will you do in the floodplain of the Jordan? 12:6 For even your brothers, the house of your father,Even they have dealt treacherously with you;Yes, they have called a multitude after you.Do not believe them,Even though they speak smooth words to you. 12:7 "I have forsaken My house, I have left My heritage;I have given the dearly beloved of My soul into the hand of her enemies. 12:8 My heritage is to Me like a lion in the forest;It cries out against Me;Therefore I have hated it. 12:9 My heritage is to Me like a speckled vulture;The vultures all around are against her.Come, assemble all the beasts of the field,Bring them to devour! 12:10 "Many rulers have destroyed My vineyard,They have trodden My portion underfoot;They have made My pleasant portion a desolate wilderness. 12:11 They have made it desolate;Desolate, it mourns to Me;The whole land is made desolate,Because no one takes it to heart. 12:12 The plunderers have comeOn all the desolate heights in the wilderness,For the sword of the Lord shall devourFrom one end of the land to the other end of the land;No flesh shall have peace. 12:13 They have sown wheat but reaped thorns;They have put themselves to pain but do not profit.But be ashamed of your harvestBecause of the fierce anger of the Lord." 12:14 Thus says the Lord: "Against all My evil neighbors who touch the inheritance which I have caused My people Israel to inherit-behold, I will pluck them out of their land and pluck out the house of Judah from among them. 12:15 "Then it shall be, after I have plucked them out, that I will return and have compassion on them and bring them back, everyone to his heritage and everyone to his land. 12:16 "And it shall be, if they will learn carefully the ways of My people, to swear by My name, 'As the Lord lives,' as they taught My people to swear by Baal, then they shall be established in the midst of My people. 12:17 "But if they do not obey, I will utterly pluck up and destroy that nation," says the Lord.
2:1 兄弟たち、あなたがた自身が知っているように、わたしたちがそちらへ行ったことは無駄ではありませんでした。 2:2 無駄ではなかったどころか、知ってのとおり、わたしたちは以前フィリピで苦しめられ、辱められたけれども、わたしたちの神に勇気づけられ、激しい苦闘の中であなたがたに神の福音を語ったのでした。 2:3 わたしたちの宣教は、迷いや不純な動機に基づくものでも、また、ごまかしによるものでもありません。 2:4 わたしたちは神に認められ、福音をゆだねられているからこそ、このように語っています。人に喜ばれるためではなく、わたしたちの心を吟味される神に喜んでいただくためです。 2:5 あなたがたが知っているとおり、わたしたちは、相手にへつらったり、口実を設けてかすめ取ったりはしませんでした。そのことについては、神が証ししてくださいます。 2:6 また、あなたがたからもほかの人たちからも、人間の誉れを求めませんでした。 2:7 わたしたちは、キリストの使徒として権威を主張することができたのです。しかし、あなたがたの間で幼子のようになりました。ちょうど母親がその子供を大事に育てるように、 2:8 わたしたちはあなたがたをいとおしく思っていたので、神の福音を伝えるばかりでなく、自分の命さえ喜んで与えたいと願ったほどです。あなたがたはわたしたちにとって愛する者となったからです。
2:1 For you yourselves know, brethren, that our coming to you was not in vain. 2:2 But even after we had suffered before and were spitefully treated at Philippi, as you know, we were bold in our God to speak to you the gospel of God in much conflict. 2:3 For our exhortation did not come from error or uncleanness, nor was it in deceit. 2:4 But as we have been approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel, even so we speak, not as pleasing men, but God who tests our hearts. 2:5 For neither at any time did we use flattering words, as you know, nor a cloak for covetousness-God is witness. 2:6 Nor did we seek glory from men, either from you or from others, when we might have made demands as apostles of Christ. 2:7 But we were gentle among you, just as a nursing mother cherishes her own children. 2:8 So, affectionately longing for you, we were well pleased to impart to you not only the gospel of God, but also our own lives, because you had become dear to us.
