9:1 彼は大声でわたしの耳に語った。「この都を罰する者たちよ、おのおの破壊する道具を手にして近寄れ。」 9:2 すると、北に面する上の門に通ずる道から、六人の男がそれぞれ突き崩す道具を手にしてやって来るではないか。そのうちの一人は亜麻布をまとい、腰に書記の筆入れを着けていた。彼らはやって来ると、青銅の祭壇の傍らに立った。 9:3 すると、ケルビムの上にとどまっていたイスラエルの神の栄光はそこから昇って、神殿の敷居の方に向かい、亜麻布をまとい、腰に書記の筆入れを着けた者に呼びかけた。 9:4 主は彼に言われた。「都の中、エルサレムの中を巡り、その中で行われているあらゆる忌まわしいことのゆえに、嘆き悲しんでいる者の額に印を付けよ。」 9:5 また、他の者たちに言っておられるのが、わたしの耳に入った。「彼の後ろについて都の中を巡れ。打て。慈しみの目を注いではならない。憐れみをかけてはならない。 9:6 老人も若者も、おとめも子供も人妻も殺して、滅ぼし尽くさなければならない。しかし、あの印のある者に近づいてはならない。さあ、わたしの神殿から始めよ。」彼らは、神殿の前にいた長老たちから始めた。 9:7 主はまた彼らに言われた。「神殿を汚し、その庭を、殺された者で満たせ。さあ、出て行くのだ。」彼らは出て行き、都の人々を打った。 9:8 彼らが打っているとき、わたしはひとり残され、顔を伏せ、助けを求めて言った。「ああ、主なる神よ、エルサレムの上に憤りを注いで、イスラエルの残りの者をすべて滅ぼし尽くされるのですか。」 9:9 主はわたしに言われた。「イスラエルとユダの家の罪はあまりにも大きい。この地は流血に満ち、この都は不正に満ちている。彼らは、『主はこの地を見捨てられた。主は顧みられない』と言っている。 9:10 それゆえ、わたしも彼らに慈しみの目を注がず、憐れみをかけることもしない。彼らの行いの報いを、わたしは彼らの頭上に帰する。」 9:11 そのとき、亜麻布をまとい腰に筆入れを着けている者が報告して言った。「わたしは、あなたが命じられたとおりにいたしました。」
9:1 Then He called out in my hearing with a loud voice, saying, "Let those who have charge over the city draw near, each with a deadly weapon in his hand." 9:2 And suddenly six men came from the direction of the upper gate, which faces north, each with his battle-ax in his hand. One man among them was clothed with linen and had a writer's inkhorn at his side. They went in and stood beside the bronze altar. 9:3 Now the glory of the God of Israel had gone up from the cherub, where it had been, to the threshold of the temple. And He called to the man clothed with linen, who had the writer's inkhorn at his side; 9:4 and the Lord said to him, "Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and put a mark on the foreheads of the men who sigh and cry over all the abominations that are done within it." 9:5 To the others He said in my hearing, "Go after him through the city and kill; do not let your eye spare, nor have any pity. 9:6 "Utterly slay old and young men, maidens and little children and women; but do not come near anyone on whom is the mark; and begin at My sanctuary." So they began with the elders who were before the temple. 9:7 Then He said to them, "Defile the temple, and fill the courts with the slain. Go out!" And they went out and killed in the city. 9:8 So it was, that while they were killing them, I was left alone; and I fell on my face and cried out, and said, "Ah, Lord God! Will You destroy all the remnant of Israel in pouring out Your fury on Jerusalem?" 9:9 Then He said to me, "The iniquity of the house of Israel and Judah is exceedingly great, and the land is full of bloodshed, and the city full of perversity; for they say, 'The Lord has forsaken the land, and the Lord does not see!' 9:10 "And as for Me also, My eye will neither spare, nor will I have pity, but I will recompense their deeds on their own head." 9:11 Just then, the man clothed with linen, who had the inkhorn at his side, reported back and said, "I have done as You commanded me."
5:1 大祭司はすべて人間の中から選ばれ、罪のための供え物やいけにえを献げるよう、人々のために神に仕える職に任命されています。 5:2 大祭司は、自分自身も弱さを身にまとっているので、無知な人、迷っている人を思いやることができるのです。 5:3 また、その弱さのゆえに、民のためだけでなく、自分自身のためにも、罪の贖いのために供え物を献げねばなりません。 5:4 また、この光栄ある任務を、だれも自分で得るのではなく、アロンもそうであったように、神から召されて受けるのです。 5:5 同じようにキリストも、大祭司となる栄誉を御自分で得たのではなく、／「あなたはわたしの子、／わたしは今日、あなたを産んだ」と言われた方が、それをお与えになったのです。 5:6 また、神は他の個所で、／「あなたこそ永遠に、／メルキゼデクと同じような祭司である」と言われています。
5:1 For every high priest taken from among men is appointed for men in things pertaining to God, that he may offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins. 5:2 He can have compassion on those who are ignorant and going astray, since he himself is also subject to weakness. 5:3 Because of this he is required as for the people, so also for himself, to offer sacrifices for sins. 5:4 And no man takes this honor to himself, but he who is called by God, just as Aaron was. 5:5 So also Christ did not glorify Himself to become High Priest, but it was He who said to Him:"You are My Son,Today I have begotten You." 5:6 As He also says in another place:"You are a priest foreverAccording to the order of Melchizedek";
